Their ideas are sooner or later rubbished before as well as being taken for granted. Without any modicum of doubt, sincerity makes your followers activate confidence in you and follow you sincerely without any string attached. John C. Maxwell (2009), asserted that the best leaders ask realistic questions before casting vision. They ask themselves things like.. 1. Is it possible?  2. Does this decision include everyone?  3.
