Can we meet you?

I'm Adamson Ganiyat Oluwatoyin. A student of Obafemi Awolowo University. I'm an entrepreneur (a fashion designer).

You are a full time student of OAU, how has it been combining class with sewing?

It has not been easy, it takes dedication, determination and discipline

Can you tell us about ewa_fashion_pro?

Ewa Fashion Pro started small...mostly from designing for myself and thank God today, we are where we are today and we are still moving forward by God's grace.

How long has it been in existence?

It's been in existence for 3 years now.

How did you feel while handling your first work as a fashion designer?

Actually I started handling different works, when I was still learning, so I can't really say, this was my first work. Altogether I felt good and fulfilled when I started and it inspired me to work harder.

What are the challenges you faced so far in the fashion world?

There are many challenges in the fashion world but with determination we overcome challenges.

Can you tell us the range sewing fetch you in a month as a young entrepreneur?

Averagely 30k per month.

Does your profit tally with your effort after sewing?

Sure, it does.

Generally, can you share your experience as a fashion designer?

It's been a nice experience. Sewing is now  part of me, it's one of my hobbies, I derive joy doing my work.

What is your advice to youth out there who still look up to their parent/government for help?

My advice to youth is that they should get a handwork they like, learn it and be perfect in it. This will help you to be independent and at the end you will be proud of yourself.
